<h1><font size="-1">Fernwood is an all purpose facility featuring a 12-unit motel, a series of brand new cabins along the river, the <a href="restaurant.html" title="Redwood Grill Restaurant">Redwood Grill Restaurant</a>, General Store, Tavern, Espresso Bar and a 60-unit campground located in a redwood forest. Fernwood Resort Big Sur can accommodate large RV's in our campground and feature tent cabins located on the banks of the Big Sur River. Fernwood Campground borders Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park.<br>

Centrally located in the Big Sur valley, we have direct access to hiking trails in Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, swimming in the Big Sur river, horseshoes, volleyball court, TV/VCR, Video & DVD rental. Fernwood campground is home to a rare <a href="albino.html" target="_self" title="Albino Redwood Tree Big Sur">Albino Redwood</a> tree. Hiking in Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park is as easy as crossing the boundary located at the southern edge of Fernwood Campground. Our Tavern hosts music every weekend featuring local and touring bands.<br>
