Sofanya uses her innate, intuitive nature to paint the very Essence or Spirit of her subjects. As a painting progresses, Sofanya perceives and "watches" Imagery in the form of Spirit Guides, Animal Totems, and Soul Mates unfold. Her foundation is Meditation, Color, Nature, Breath, and Trust.
